I requested a furnace service and Chris came out to perform the work. He was professional and completed the task no problem. When I called to setup the appointment it was quick and efficient, and they were able to fit me in within a couple of days from original call, at my own request. Price for service was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

This company is amazing! Our heat at our rental house was not working at all. We have a "zone" system because we have our rental and a mother in law house connected, so we called the company and Angela sent someone out to help us right away. We have had other companies try to help but it never lasted. We had patriot come out about 2 months age and it is still working flawlessly. THANK YOU!!!!! 100% would have them come to our rescue anytime!!!

We woke up to a cold house because the furnace was out. Called Rick at Patriot and we were warm in no time! Quick response and excellent customer service!

If you have problems with air conditioning call those guys. They are amazing. Easy to set appointment. Technician located problem and fix it . I'm very thankful that he had replacement parts on him.

Rick was impressive with how quickly he was able to troubleshoot and resolve an issue with my York electric furnace that was installed 5 years ago. He had the issue figured out after 20 minutes of looking at the furnace. After ordering the required parts, he had the issue resolved in a second visit in about another 40 minutes. Pretty impressive regarding his knowledge of the York electric furnace. In comparison, I had another tech out from another company into my house. That tech was unable to resolve the issue after looking at the furnace for 1.5 hours. That tech just charged me money for his time, left me with unhelpful suggestions, and a cold house.

It only took minutes for Rick and his partner to pull the fan and discover several blades were broken and throwing it out of balance. Rather then try to up-sell me on a new furnace, he informed me of my options letting me know even thought the furnace was older, he could order a new fan and have it installed within a couple days. I opted to replace the fan and the replacement went as scheduled and took minimal time. Excellent service for a reasonable cost, highly recommend!

Angela was awesome on the phone, and Adam was at my house within 2 hours. He could easily have sold me on an upgraded system but was honest and explained the difference. I had him do a quick re-wire and got quite a bit of professional advice, and was not sold something I didn't need. I will use Patriot Heating & A/C for all my heating & A/C needs from now on, and heartily recommend them to all.
