As a lead installer you will be responsible for training and instructing junior team members and executing professional installation jobs.

You will:
- Work hands on with team members while removing old systems
- Design, fabricate and install various ducts and duct fittings as required
- Work under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in customers' homes
- Properly complete paperwork
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and parts and installation teams, and have, or be willing to, get proper certifications- we can help with this
- Have and maintain a clean driving record
- Keep your company truck clean inside and out
- Keep your truck inventory up to date
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Be proficient in high end customer service

Job Title: HVAC Installer
Location: South King County
Pay: $30-$45 per hour ( DOE )
Schedule: M-F 7:30am-4pm w/ overtime as necessary to meet business needs
Current and valid driver's license with clean driving record
Must possess knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical code
